Requirements
Licensing
Active California contractor's license in the relevant classification — C-10 electrical, C-20 HVAC, C-7 low-voltage or B general — in good standing.
Insurance
General liability, auto and workers' compensation at the limits our public-agency clients require. We'll send the schedule.
Experience
Documented commercial or institutional work. Healthcare (HCAI) or school (DSA) experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Standards
Clean installations, photo documentation, and crews who can work in occupied hospitals and schools without disrupting them.
