Founded in 2014 in Hayward, California, EverWatt began by doing one thing well: LED lighting retrofits that paid for themselves out of the savings. Clients kept asking us to take on the next problem — HVAC, controls, EV charging, storage — and to manage it the same way.
Today we act as owner's representative for health systems, universities, public agencies and industrial operators. We are a DOE-certified Energy Services Company and a certified minority-owned business, with a team that reflects the California communities we work in.
