The problem

Walkways and common areas where good light is a safety issue.

For a senior living community, lighting is about more than the bill. Dim walkways and uneven common-area light raise the risk of falls and make residents less comfortable moving around their own campus after dark.

The Terraces wanted brighter, more even light in the places residents use every day, without disrupting the community.
