Fourteen facilities in five cities, from a single primary-care clinic to the main hospital campus. Each one competed for and won separately — sixteen awards in twenty-two months — and every site stayed open the whole time.
It started with one clinic.
Stanford Health Care first engaged EverWatt in October 2024 for a single primary-care clinic in Palo Alto. Twenty-two months later the program covers the main hospital campus, the cancer center, the outpatient pavilions, the eye and ear institutes, clinical pathology, regional clinics and administrative space. Two of the largest sites — the Cancer Center and Stanford Hospital — came back for a second phase after the first was delivered.
The work is full LED conversion paired with advanced lighting controls: networked, addressable Lutron control at the main hospital campus, and occupancy, vacancy and daylight-responsive platforms matched to each of the other facilities. All of it delivered under healthcare infection-control and life-safety requirements, with the utility incentive process carried by EverWatt on the owner's behalf.
Three disciplines, one accountable party.
Advanced lighting controls
Networked, addressable control at the main hospital campus (Lutron). Occupancy, vacancy and daylight response by space type. Dimming and scene control in clinical and public areas. Controls commissioned and documented on every site.
LED conversion
Troffers, downlights, linear and specialty fixtures. Exterior, parking-structure and site lighting. Emergency lighting and battery drivers. Color and output selected for clinical environments.
Healthcare delivery
Infection-control protocols and ICRA permits. Phased and after-hours work in occupied departments. Joint Commission life-safety and egress requirements. Utility incentive documentation carried for the owner.
